Where do you ship to?

We currently ship to North America! If you are an international customer, we are happy to consider your order. Contact us at hello@tilleyandme.com if you would like to place an order. 

How long does it take after ordering to receive my order?

With the US, Standard shipping will arrive in 3-5 days upon placing your order. Upgraded shipping to Priority Mail will arrive in 2-3 Days. Shipping times to Canada may vary dependent on postal carrier service selected. 

Shipping Policy

Tilley + Me  uses DHL Express, UPS, or USPS and Canada Post for shipping, depending on your location. Tilley + Me is not liable for lost or delayed orders, stolen packages, or items damaged in transit.

The shipping time listed at checkout is the estimated time it takes for packages to be delivered by the carrier.  This does not include fulfillment time. Under normal circumstances, it takes 1-3 business days to fulfill your order. However, during periods of high volume from sales, restocks, launches or heavy order times, it may take up to two weeks to process your order. We sincerely appreciate your patience during these times. 

If your order includes both in-stock items and pre-order items, the order will not be shipped until the pre-order items are ready to ship.
